Shared Purpose

We believe that the most meaningful clinical work happens at the intersection of autonomy and connection.

At AMC Therapy & Wellness Collaborative, we are a community of independent clinicians who have chosen collaboration without compromise. Each therapist maintains full ownership of their practice, their voice, and their clinical judgment—while participating in a shared commitment to integrity, respect, and excellence in care.

We are not a group practice.
We are a collaborative who intend to serve the mental health needs of our local and state community.

Our work is grounded in the belief that:

  • Clients deserve thoughtful, individualized care, including honest referrals when another clinician may better serve their needs.

  • Clinicians deserve professional spaces that support growth without sacrificing independence.

  • Collaboration should elevate, not constrain, the work we do.

All tiers of collaborative membership include:

  • Non‑exclusive license to use collaborative name/branding during active membership, plus website profile.

  • Access to discounted rate on El Paso office rental time. Pay for the hours you need, not for the time you won’t use.

  • Access to monthly peer consultation groups, collaborative communications, and resources.
